JBOD -- Called Just Bunch Of Disk. RAID -- Called Random Access Integraged / Independent Disk.
When few data disk is combined and attached to the Storage then it is called JBOD. While In case of RAID the disk are combined in this way that they provide the combination feature of stripping or mirroring
